Who we are
At Orion Tankless Systems and Water Heaters, we specialize in offering the kind of customer service and pricing the bigger companies struggle to provide. We treat you like our neighbor, because that’s what you are. We offer upfront pricing and absolutely do not upsell or make you feel like we are a salesman. That is why I left the big companies and started my own business, I was tired of being a salesman first and a plumber second. I believe our reviews speak for themselves!

Great experience all around! Dylan responded to my inquiry within 15 Minutes. My water heater went out on a Sunday and Dylan was able to replace the same day. He installed a water heater we purchased. His install rate was 60% less than Home Depot with the same warranties.
Dylan was great to work with. He came to flush our 16 years old water heater and found it couldn't be flushed, it was worn out. So he replaced our water heater right then. He had to go to a supply house and pick up a new water heater and got it installed all in about 2 hours. I recommend his service.

The job was a straightforward electric water heater replacement, and Dylan provided an estimate based on the photos(unlike some of the other plumbers). He came in, did the job, removed the old unit, and cleaned up well. Excellent service, punctual and very reasonable pricing. No games or upselling like you’d get from larger companies.
